• Boarding rates are charged by the day. You are charged for the day your pet arrives regardless of time. On the day of pick-up, our check out time is 12:00pm. If you pick up before 12:00pm you will not be charged for that day.
• Payment is due when you pick up your pet.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Check, Cash
• There is a $25.00 returned check fee
• Your pet will be check for fleas at check in. If your pet has fleas he/she will be treated at owners expense.
• Any dog staying with us for 5 days or more, will be bathed on the day of pick up at owners expense.
• Pet owners are financially responsible for all days reserved for boarding.
• Any after/before hours or holiday pick up will be subject to a $45.00 fee. (Only if this can be arranged with a manager!)

We accept holiday reservations in advance with a credit card guarantee. Any cancellation made inside of 72 hours will be charged for a 2-day stay. We reserve the right to require a minimum number of days for your pet's stay in order to make a holiday reservation. The minimum day requirement varies depending on the holiday.
