BOARDING - SPECIAL HANDLING

Some pets require special handling of some kind during boarding or grooming. If we find this out after accepting the pet for boarding or grooming you will be charged a special handling fee. Examples of this are as follows;
- The older pet that cannot be picked up or carried or must a harness to be walked.
- The timid or shy pet that requires a calm, slow hand in order to become familiar with kennel routines.
- The fear-biter, similar to above, but bites.
- A territorial dog or cat that won't allow admittance to his/her room.
- A dog or cat that required a second handler in order to have grooming procedures done.
